Press release: Mo Lishomwa, former Adobe head of consulting, joins 2Y3X as global Managing Director

The 2Y3X Programme has appointed industry leader Mwangala (Mo) Lishomwa as its global managing director.
Mo Lishomwa’s career includes leadership roles at Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis Sapient and adidas, and as Adobe EMEA’s head of consulting. Mo is a Trustee of charities Frontline Live and Reverse Rhett, and mentors a start-up incubator in Zambia.
The 2Y3X Programme is a two-year accelerator that delivers programmatic scaling. It focuses on independent clients in the £2-8million revenue range who want to quickly triple their sale value.
Mo Lishomwa said of the appointment, “2Y3X is an incredibly effective commercial accelerator. It is entirely results-oriented and has a six-year track record of success, and many of the companies that have graduated have gone on to sell at a premium. I am delighted to be steering the company’s next stage of growth as we expand our operations in our current markets and explore new opportunities.”

The 2Y3X Programme was founded by digital pioneer and serial agency CEO Felix Velarde, and operates in the UK, USA, Spain, Italy, Canada and Middle East.
A book about the 2Y3X methodology, Scale at Speed – How to Triple the Size of Your Business and Build a Superstar Team, was published by Hachette in the UK and USA in 2021.
