Who is 2Y3X sale accelerator for?

The 2Y3X sale accelerator is aimed at founders who want to sell for the highest possible price within the next year. It’s aimed at businesses with £1.5–10m $2–10m revenue and 10-100 people. It is for you if you know you want to address and fix all the major M&A discount factors acquirers will apply when valuing your agency and in particular when undertaking buyer’s due diligence on your company.

How is it structured?

The programmeprogram starts with an initial assessment of your agency’s likely market value, followed by the setting of goals and timelines for selling your agency. We then help you create your Growth Lab Team and together we will create a twelve-month roadmap and action plan with your team, setting quarterly tasks to address and fix problems before helping you go to market and introducing you to the key advisors, including the specialist brokers, tax advisors and lawyers you will need when you start the sale process.

How do the fees work?

The 2Y3X sale accelerator has a fixed fee of £60,000$120,000, spread over twelve monthly instalments of £5,500$10,000. This fee is payable regardless of when your sale is agreed.

We also offer a fixed price assessment which includes the roadmap and action plan workshop, at £5,000$10,000.

When is the best time to start?

You should fix your discount factors as far in advance of a sale as possible, to give potential buyers confidence you are stable and have a fantastic future ahead under their ownership. The main 2Y3X programmeprogram was created to do this over two years and therefore has time to stabilise fixes as well as triple your potential sale value, so is worth considering if you are not considering an imminent sale.
