# What is a Growth Lab Team?

The **Growth Lab Team (GLT)** is the cross-functional internal team that owns the [2Y3X Roadmap](https://2y3x.com/agents/method/2y3x-roadmap/).

- **3–7 people**, including the founder.
- Picked for **change-making capacity**, not seniority.
- Always includes the founder/CEO, the head of the biggest revenue function, the head of sales, the head of ops/finance, and one or two rising stars.
- Meets **weekly for one hour**.
- Runs the **monthly progress update** (one day, includes training).
- Runs the **quarterly Roadmap review** (one day).
- Designs new processes, then hands them off to departmental heads.
